Esteemed drummer and respected Mancunian, Mike Joyce rose to fame as the drummer in The Smiths; the definitive British indie rock band of the 80s and still adored today. He now DJs around the world alongside presenting radio shows.

Mike is a seasoned radio presenter and has graced the airwaves with various shows over the years, such as his programme on XS Manchester which was nominated for a prestigious ARIA Radio Award for Best Specialist Music Show.
He has also presented as a regular stand-in for 6 Music's Radcliffe & Maconie, Marc Riley and Huey Morgan.

Back on Track
Mike is a patron of the Manchester based charity Back on Track. An organisation that provides a helping hand through the process of recovery & rehabilitation from homelessness, alcohol/drug addiction, offending & mental health issues.
